What is the ENTERTAINER One Heart 2026 Membership?

As a gesture of support following the events since the 28 February 2026 affecting the GCC region, the ENTERTAINER is offering, for a limited time and subject to availability, up to Two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) One Heart 2026 Memberships allocated across the following GCC markets: the United Arab Emirates, Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please note: The Entertainer One Heart 2026 Membership is no longer available in the UAE as the allocation has been exhausted. 

Additionally, as part of the One Heart initiative, Emirates Skywards will offer eligible users within the UAE the opportunity to participate in a promotional prize draw for a chance to win a share of 2.5 million Skywards Miles, subject to the terms set out below.

Activation:

• To claim your Entertainer One Heart 2026 membership, users must visit the ENTERTAINER website or navigate to Account > Memberships in the ENTERTAINER mobile app. No payment is required to claim this membership. Activation may require verification of the user’s mobile number through a one-time passcode (OTP) or other verification methods determined by the ENTERTAINER. If you need further assistance, navigate to Account > Help Centre in the app.

Applicable Terms and Conditions

• Validity: Your membership shall be valid from the date of activation to 15 September 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms.
• Eligibility: The One Heart 2026 membership is available to users within the specified markets and may only be claimed once per user. Memberships cannot be transferred, shared or re-assigned.
• Offers and Availability: Each user with the One Heart 2026 Membership will receive access to one (1) Offer only per merchant. Merchant participation and available offers may change during the membership validity period and remain subject to each participating merchant’s operational capacity and continued participation on the ENTERTAINER platform.
• Exclusions: The following types of Offers are excluded from the One Heart 2026 Membership as applicable per market.

Family Member features are disabled for users that have claimed the One Heart membership only. Users that haven't purchased  any other membership will not be able to share add family members. 

• Upgrade: Users can upgrade their complimentary One Heart 2026 Membership to a paid membership on the ENTERTAINER Platform, to unlock the additional offers and features. To purchase a membership, navigate to Account > Memberships in the app.
• No Exchange, Transfer or Refunds: The One Heart 2026 Membership is provided on a complimentary basis, it has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded for monetary compensation.
• Prohibited Actions - Users are strictly prohibited from reselling the product or their membership. The ENTERTAINER reserves the right to suspend or cancel any memberships obtained through automated claims, duplicate accounts, resale attempts, or any activity deemed inconsistent with normal consumer use.
• Amendment/Modification - We may amend, revise or terminate your membership, the product, offers, merchant listing and/or any of our Services at any time at our discretion. The ENTERTAINER reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the One Heart 2026 Membership at any time.
• Limited Availability – The One Heart 2026 Membership is offered for a limited period and in limited quantities, subject to availability. The ENTERTAINER shall have no obligation to make additional memberships available once the allocation has been exhausted. Please note: The Entertainer One Heart 2026 Membership is no longer available in the UAE as the allocation has been exhausted. 
• Emirates Skywards Promotional Draw (UAE Only)
  • The Emirates Skywards campaign period will run from 12 March 2026 to 12 April 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). The prize draw will take place on 30 April 2026. This promotional campaign and prize draw shall apply only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
    
  • All existing and new Emirates Skywards members who are enrolled in the Emirates Skywards Programme on or before 12 April 2026 and who claim the complimentary One Heart 2026 Membership in the UAE during the Campaign Period will be eligible to participate in the promotional draw.
  • Twenty-five (25) winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants within the UAE. Each winner will receive 100,000 Emirates Skywards Miles.
  • Prize Miles will be credited directly to the winners’ Emirates Skywards membership accounts. Prize Miles are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. The Prize Miles will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date they are credited to the member’s account.
  • Emirates Skywards Miles are issued and governed solely under the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules. The use of awarded Miles remains subject to those rules and any applicable terms issued by Emirates Skywards.
  • The ENTERTAINER and Emirates Skywards, reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where required due to operational requirements or applicable laws or regulations.

• Consent - By claiming the ENTERTAINER One Heart Membership and participating in the Emirates Skywards campaign and prize draw, users agree and consent to the sharing of their contact information (name, email address, and mobile number) with ENTERTAINER and Emirates Skywards.
• Compliance with Government Directives - Usage of the product and membership is strictly in adherence to the specific directives and guidance of the relevant government authorities in the respective markets. All users are advised to adhere to all safety and security requirements.
