What is the ENTERTAINER One Heart 2026 Membership?

The ENTERTAINER One Heart 2026 Membership is a limited-time membership made available by the ENTERTAINER to residents in selected GCC markets, subject to availability. For a limited period, the ENTERTAINER will make a limited number of One Heart 2026 Memberships available to residents across the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar, through the ENTERTAINER platform. The One Heart 2026 Membership provides users with access to a selection of offers available on the ENTERTAINER platform from participating merchants. The membership provides access to offers available on the platform only and does not represent a cash benefit, financial grant, promotional giveaway, or charitable distribution. Please note: The Entertainer One Heart 2026 Membership is no longer available as the allocation has been compltely exhausted. 

Additionally, as part of the One Heart initiative, Emirates Skywards will offer eligible users within the United Arab Emirates the opportunity to participate in a promotional prize draw for a chance to win a share of 2.5 million Skywards Miles, subject to the terms set out below.

Activation:

• To claim your Entertainer One Heart 2026 membership, users must visit the ENTERTAINER website or navigate to Account > Memberships in the ENTERTAINER mobile application. Activation may require verification of the user’s mobile number through a one-time passcode (OTP) or other verification methods determined by the ENTERTAINER. If you require assistance, navigate to Account > Help Centre within the ENTERTAINER mobile application.

Applicable Terms and Conditions

• Validity: The One Heart 2026 Membership is valid from the date of activation until 15 September 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms.
• Eligibility: The One Heart 2026 membership is available to users located within the specified markets and may only be claimed once per user. Memberships cannot be transferred, shared, reassigned or duplicated across multiple accounts.
• Offers and Availability: 

Users with the One Heart 2026 Membership will receive access to one (1) Offer per participating merchant, unless otherwise specified. Merchant participation and available offers may change during the membership validity period and remain subject to:

• each participating merchant’s operational capacity
  
• the merchant’s continued participation on the ENTERTAINER platform
• the specific terms applicable to each offer.

• Exclusions: The following features are excluded from the One Heart 2026 Membership as per applicable market.

• Bonus Offers
• Cheers Offers
• Delivery Offers
• Family Member features for users who only hold the One Heart 2026 Membership.

• Upgrade: Users may upgrade their One Heart 2026 Membership to other available membership tiers on the ENTERTAINER Platform in order to unlock the additional offers and features. To upgrade a membership, navigate to: Account > Memberships within the ENTERTAINER mobile application.
• No Exchange, Transfer or Refunds:

The One Heart 2026 Membership provides access to offers available through the ENTERTAINER platform only. It does not represent a cash benefit, financial grant, promotional giveaway, or charitable distribution and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for monetary compensation.

• Prohibited Actions:

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• reselling the membership
• transferring the membership for commercial gain
• creating multiple accounts to obtain additional memberships.

The ENTERTAINER reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership obtained through automated claims, duplicate accounts, resale attempts, or any activity deemed inconsistent with normal consumer use.

• Amendment/Modification: The ENTERTAINER may amend, revise, suspend, or terminate the One Heart 2026 Membership, associated offers, merchant listings, or any related services at its sole discretion. The ENTERTAINER also reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the One Heart 2026 Membership at any time.
• Limited Availability: The One Heart 2026 Membership is offered for a limited period and in limited quantities, subject to availability. The ENTERTAINER is under no obligation to make additional memberships available once the allocation has been exhausted. Please note: The Entertainer One Heart 2026 Membership is no longer available as the allocation has been compltely exhausted.

• Emirates Skywards Promotional Draw (United Arab Emirates Only)
  • The Emirates Skywards campaign period will run from 12 March 2026 to 12 April 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). The prize draw will take place on 30 April 2026. This promotional campaign and prize draw shall apply only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • All existing and new Emirates Skywards members who are enrolled in the Emirates Skywards Programme on or before 12 April 2026 and who claim the complimentary One Heart 2026 Membership in the United Arab Emirates , during the Campaign Period will be eligible to participate in the promotional draw.
  • Twenty-five (25) winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants within the United Arab Emirates. Each winner will receive 100,000 Emirates Skywards Miles.
  • Prize Miles will be credited directly to the winners’ Emirates Skywards membership accounts. Prize Miles are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. The Prize Miles will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date they are credited to the member’s account.
  • Emirates Skywards Miles are issued and governed solely under the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules. The use of awarded Miles remains subject to those rules and any applicable terms issued by Emirates Skywards.
  • The ENTERTAINER and Emirates Skywards reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where required due to operational requirements or applicable laws or regulations.
  • Consent - By claiming the ENTERTAINER One Heart Membership and participating in the Emirates Skywards campaign and prize draw, users agree and consent to the sharing of their contact information (name, email address, and mobile number) with ENTERTAINER and Emirates Skywards as required.
• Compliance with Government Directives: Use of the ENTERTAINER platform, offers, and membership must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and directives issued by relevant government authorities in the respective markets. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the membership complies with any applicable safety or regulatory requirements.
