How do I cancel my membership?

  • If you would like to cancel your membership, kindly contact our Customer Support team. To be eligible for a refund, there must be no redemptions made on your ENTERTAINER membership, by you or any Family Members, and the refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Your refund should be processed within 7-10 days after the approval of your request, depending on your bank processing times.
