What is a VIP Key and how to activate it?

A VIP Key is a unique code that unlocks an ENTERTAINER membership. 

To activate your VIP key, visit www.theentertainerme.com/vipkey or via the footer on the bottom of our website. You will need to enter the VIP Key and an email address that you wish to associate with the VIP Key. 

Once a VIP Key has been used, you can’t use it again.

VIP Keys are distributed in 2 ways:

• Direct from the ENTERTAINER – we may distribute VIP Keys during in-person events.
• Partner Distribution – the ENTERTAINER collaborates with various organisations who may distribute VIP Keys to their employees or customers, which will be activated via www.theentertainerme.com/vipkey

It is important to note that VIP Keys are:

• Non-transferable: cannot be sold, shared, or exchanged. 
• Single use: valid for one activation only, A VIP Key can only be associated to one account. 
• Only valid if acquired directly from the ENTERTAINER or official partners. Beware of resellers. If in doubt, please contact Customer Support to verify.
