How can I make changes to my delivery order?

  • Please contact the restaurant directly to request any changes — they will confirm if your request can be accommodated. You can find the restaurant’s contact number on your Order Screen by navigating to:
    Account > Delivery Orders > View Order
  • If the restaurant does not answer, you can reach out to The ENTERTAINER by going to Account > Help Centre in your app.
  • Only the restaurant can decide if order changes are possible. The ENTERTAINER cannot guarantee changes.
