What are the different sections in the Account section of the App?

The Account section of the app consists of four main areas that help users manage their personal details, app activity, and preferences:

1. My Account 


This section contains all features related to the user’s personal account and data. 

  • Memberships: Lets you browse and purchase memberships, view your active memberships, and enable or disable auto-renewal. Accessible through Account > Memberships
  • Savings: Shows your total monthly and yearly savings, along with your top saved merchants and categories. Accessible through Account > Savings
  • Wallet: Allows you to view, add, edit, or remove saved payment cards for faster checkouts. Accessible through Account > Wallet
  • Favourites: Displays offers and outlets you’ve marked as favourites for quick access later. Accessible through Account > Favourites. 

 

2. My Activity 


This section provides a record of all activities performed within the app. 

  • Redemptions: View a detailed history of your redemptions, including the date, time, and total savings. Go to Account > Redemptions. 
  • Delivery Orders: Track ongoing deliveries or review completed orders, including live tracking when available. Go to Account > Delivery Orders. 
  • Bookings: Review past or upcoming outlet bookings made through the app. Go to Account > Bookings. 
  • Smiles: Check your total Smiles balance and track how many Smiles you’ve earned. Go to Account > Smiles. 

 

3. My Connections 


This section helps you share your membership benefits and interact with friends and family. 

  • Family Members: Add family members such as your partner, children, parents, or siblings under your membership. Found in Account > Family Members. 
  • Gift a Friend: Send a membership as a gift directly to a friend. Found in Account > Gift a Friend. 
  • Pings: Send offers to other members or accept ones shared with you. Found in Account > Pings. 

 

4. General 


This section covers app support, feedback, and settings. 

  • Help Centre: Reach out for support & Browse FAQs, Rules of Use, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy for assistance. Located under Account > Help Centre. 
  • Rate the App: Leave a rating or feedback on the App Store or Play Store. Located under Account > Rate the App
  • Settings: Manage preferences like language, currency, cheers and notifications, or sign out and delete your account. Located under Account > Settings.
