- When you purchase a membership, you become a Primary Member. You can share your membership with up to 3 close family members such as your spouse, parents, siblings or children.
- To add a Family Member go to Account > Family Members and follow the steps. You’ll need to enter the email address of the Family Member you want to invite. If they already have an ENTERTAINER account, make sure you use the same email linked to their account.
- Your added Family Members will get access to the available offers from your membership. Added Family Members cannot send or receive Pings. Any Smiles earned by Family Members belong to the Primary Member’s account. If a Family Member wishes to use Pings and Smiles, they will need to purchase a separate membership and become a Primary Member.
- You can only be added as a Family Member by one Primary Member at a time. If you’d like to join another Family, you’ll need to leave your current one and then be invited to the new one. To leave a family as a Family Member, navigate to Account > Family Members and click on Leave Family.
- As a Primary Member, to remove a Family Member from your family, navigate to Account > Family Members, select the Family Member you want to remove, and click Remove Member.
- You can add up to 3 Family Members per year and remove & replace 1 Family Member per year. If you’ve reached your limit of 3 and want to replace someone, simply
1. Navigate to Account > Family Members.
2. Select the member you want to remove and click Remove Member.
3. Once removed, you can add a new Family Member in their place.
- When your membership expires, your Family Members lose access to your offers and benefits. If you renew your membership, you’ll need to re-add your Family Members under Account > Family Members, for them to continue accessing your membership.
