Family Members – How It Works
As a Primary Member, with certain memberships that have the Family Member feature, you can share your membership with family members (Partner, Child, Parent, or Sibling).
How to Add Family Members
- Go to Account > Family Members
- Tap Add Member
- Enter their name and relationship
- Tap Share Invite and send the invite link with your family member
How Invitations Work
- Each invite is sent via a unique link
- The invited person must:
- Download the app (if not installed)
- Register or log in
- Then tap the invite link again to join the family
- If already logged in, the link opens directly in the app
- Once accepted, the invite expires automatically
Access & Benefits
- Family Members get access to the Primary Member’s offers
- Pings and Smiles remain linked to the Primary Member’s account
- To use these independently, a Family Member must purchase their own membership
Member Limits
- Limit is determined by the membership conditions
- You can:
- Remove any amount of members
- Add 1 replacement after removal
Managing Family Members
- Primary Member can:
- Add members
- Remove members
- Family Members can:
- View active members
- Leave the family anytime via Account > Family Members > Leave Family
Important Rules
- You can only be part of one family at a time
- If you purchase a membership while being a family member:
- You become a Primary Member
- You are removed from the existing family
- When membership expires:
- All family members lose access
- You must re-add them after renewal
Additional Notes
- Removed or left members lose access immediately
- Invite links expire after successful use
- Family feature is available only on eligible membership types
