What are Pings and how do they work?

•    As a Primary Member, you receive 20 Pings when you purchase any ENTERTAINER membership. You can use these Pings to send offers to other Primary Members. Once you have “pinged” an offer to another member, you will no longer be able to use thate offer.

•    How to Ping an Offer to another Primary Member:

 1. Navigate to the merchant detail screen for which you want to send an offer.

 2. Tap on the “Ping” button (hint: it looks like a paper aeroplane).

 3. Choose the offer you’d like to ping.

 4. Share it via the member’s registered email address or a shareable link.

Please note: Pings cannot be used to send Monthly Offers, Delivery or Hotel offers. A maximum of 3 pings received can be used for the same merchant.

•    You can find details about your Pings balance and transactions under: Account > Pings

•    How to accept a Pinged Offer from another Primary Member:

When you have received a shareable link, click on it and you will see a Pop-up message when you enter The ENTERTAINER App. Follow the instructions to accept the offer.
