What are Pings and how do they work?

  • As a Primary Member, you receive 20 Pings when you purchase any ENTERTAINER membership. You can use these Pings to send offers to other Primary Members. Once you have pinged an offer to another member, you will no longer be able to use that offer yourself.
  • How to Ping an Offer to another Primary Member:
  1. Navigate to the merchant detail screen for the offer you want to send.
  2. Tap the Ping button (it looks like a paper aeroplane).
  3. Choose the offer you'd like to ping.
  4. Enter the recipient's registered email address and send the offer.

Please note: Pings cannot be used to send Bonus Offers, Delivery offers, or Hotel offers. A maximum of three received Pings can be redeemed for the same merchant.

  • You can view your Pings balance and transaction history by going to Account > Pings.
  • How to Accept a Pinged Offer:

When another Primary Member pings you an offer, you'll receive an email notification informing you that you've been sent an offer. To accept it, open the ENTERTAINER app and go to Account > Pings > Received, then select and accept the offer.

  • How to Withdraw a Pinged Offer:

If you've sent an offer and would like to withdraw it before it has been accepted, go to Account > Pings > Sent, select the offer, and choose Withdraw.
