Can I restore a used offer?

Yes. You can restore a used offer in two ways:

• Use 1,000 Smiles to restore one used offer.

• Request the offer from a Friend. You can add Friends by going to Account > Friends and tapping Add Friend.

You can restore up to 3 offers per merchant per year.

To restore an offer:

1. Go to Account > Redemptions.

2. Find the used offer you want to restore and tap Restore.

3. Choose either:

   • Request to request the offer from a Friend, or

   • Smiles to restore it using 1,000 Smiles, if you have enough Smiles available.
